Telephone call with a recruiter, 1 week later a video interview with BH leader, 1 week later a video interview with 2 medical executives. They didn’t ask many scenario based questions, but more so questions to assess comfortability in understanding you are not being hired as a clinician, you’re being hired for what they call an ally. I had to inquire about my standing in the interview process as their HR department was negligent in telling me they had decided to go in another direction.
