Got an interview booked, but it got canceled just a few hours prior our meeting. The person that was supposed to run the interview didn’t really give a reason, she simply said I’d be meeting with someone else from her team but no further instructions. Several weeks later I got an email saying “I I really enjoyed meeting you and having a transparent and open discussion” even though such meeting never happened. Perfect example of HR run by AIs and automation systems. So much for a company that prides themselves on connecting employees on a personal level.
