I submitted my application on Thursday, and I got a LinkedIn message on Monday requesting a 30 min phone screening which happened that day. Immediately following the screening, we scheduled a 1 hour phone interview for the next day. Immediately after that interview, we scheduled a 1 hour technical interview for Monday of the following week. After that interview, I was told I would get a call to schedule the next interview within the next couple days for another interview early next week. I never got a call back, so I called and asked, and was told that they had decided not to continue with the interview process. I asked why and was told basically that I was overqualified and wouldn't be a good fit for the position.

Applied via email with a resume and cover letter. Got a call the next day for a phone screen. They then set up an in person interview. If you do well there you get another call for a second interview. They had you play a game/solve a riddle.
