Great phone interview that lead to a wonderful in person interview, lots of questions and opportunity to discuss position and job duties. I was made to feel very comfortable and this helped me choose to accept employment here.

Experience and how comfortable I was with juggling different projects all at once.
I applied through my school's Handshake.
They emailed me back with a writing assignment. I came in for an interview after I turned it in. The interview felt really unconventional and more of just a personality-check because they liked what I wrote.
