The Contentful interview process was organized and structured, with multiple rounds, and an assignment you present to the team, similar to other tech companies. Although there were many rounds, I knew exactly what to expect from the beginning. The main recruiters did a wonderful job with communication and transparency throughout the entire process. I actually learned quite a bit during the interview.
