Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Contentsquare.
Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me and said I was a perfect fit. We had a great 15 minute phone conversation and said the next step was a conversation with the hiring manager. It didn’t move beyond that… waste of time.
Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely appreciate the time and effort our candidates put for each stage of the process and we're very sorry that you had this experience. Due to the large amount of applications that need to be processed, there may be some delay in responding. However, our recruiters are very proactive and we aim to provide the best candidate experience, so please don't hesitate to reach out to the recruiter or follow up directly about getting feedback.

Good initial qualification by the hiring team.
However the process was poorly managed and I will address the points below:
Preparation and Communication: There was no pre-interview briefing or candidate preparation provided by the hiring management team or individual prep, which is standard practice for senior roles.
Interview Focus: During our conversation, it appeared you were reviewing my profile simultaneously whilst speaking with me, suggesting limited advance preparation.
Internal Communication: Despite having a comprehensive one-hour call previously, pertinent information was not relayed to the hiring manager, leading to redundant questioning.
Interview Structure: The interview lacked a clear structure and focus on role-specific competencies and requirements.
Relevance of Questioning: Queries regarding the "sustainability" of my consultancy felt both irrelevant to the role specifications and somewhat dismissive of my professional choices.
Role Clarity: Given that there were two potential positions (FSI and another), if direct industry experience was indeed a non-negotiable requirement, this should have been established before arranging this interview.
Reciprocal Engagement: The process felt predominantly one-sided, with limited opportunity for me to assess organisational fit from my perspective. Once Ed was complete with his line of questioning it was an abrupt awkward ending.
