The interview started with the phone call from the Talent team and then it was complete silence for few weeks as they were checking the relocation eligibility. Then it was a meeting with the Manager followed by an assignment round. The assignment was a 4 sentence brief and the ask was to formulate a strategy. The presentation round lasted for 1 hour with 4 panelists over Zoom. Finally got to know that I was not selected. The feedback was - 1. The presentation was done via mobile which the panelists couldn't follow (There was no pre-requisite mentioned about using ONLY DESKTOP/PC or a NO MOBILE rule + I had shared the doc after the session) - this was the first reason!! 2. My methodology didn't match what they follow in the company currently Good part about the process was that their feedback timeline is very crisp. If you interview on a Thursday or Friday they would reach out to you on Monday/Tuesday of the following week.
