Moved pretty quickly, made it to the third round and was told I interviewed real well and the team really liked me. Recruiter was very quick in responding and overall everybody I had the pleasure of interviewing with were all great and phenomenal people, I could sense how great the company culture was based off these interviews. After already screening me and going through my experience I did not receive an offer because my lack of experience, I wish this was something that was address in the initial interview so we would not have wasted each other’s time.
Little bit more transparency in the beginning and not leading candidates on is the only negative aspect of it, but other than that, great company and great people

Entrevista
Had a great first 2 interviews, and was already invited to speak with the team during my 2nd call.
Then I never heard a word from the recruiter -- I followed up twice, both times receiving a generic answer "I have sent a message out to the hiring manager about next steps."
The recruiter promised to get back to me and keep me updated, but I never heard back again. I never got a rejection email, I was just ghosted.
Very unfortunate, as I had some nice chats and was very excited about this opportunity, but as someone who has worked in the HR industry and holds a degree in it, I can say that this was a pretty unacceptable candidate experience.
