Contacted by the company recruiter and had a very nice phone interview. Was excited to interview with this company. After some confusion between recruiting and HR, the interview was scheduled. The interview was very rushed, wasn't asked many questions about my skills, personality, or past experiences. After the "interview", I left with a completely different perspective of the company. Seems to be very unorganized.
