Interview Process:
- Phone interview with Director of HR
- Logical assessment (solving a series of logic puzzles online)
- Technical interview (done online with manager)
- Take home coding assignment
- Phone interview with two developer managers
- In person interview with developer manager & CTO
Communication was excellent throughout the process. I was always kept informed about timing and next steps. Interactions at every phase were very pleasant and the interviewer(s) were always warm and engaged. It is obvious they take great care in making sure the interviewee would be a good fit, not only skill wise, but a good culture fit as well.
