I was interviewed twice, with both interviews taking place over the phone and on the same day. The first interview consisted largely of asking what relevant experience I possessed in relation to the job. We also went through three scenarios in which the Interviewer took the role of a customer and I the role of the Customer Care Associate. The second interview consisted of a confirmation of the information I provided to the first interviewer, followed by the second interviewer informing me that I was exactly what they were looking for and letting me know that I would receive an email which contained my Offer Letter from a recruiter later in the day.

It is a nice experience due to a friendly and polite interviewer. The interviewer was clear in giving information. You will know already the results after the interview. The interviewer would make you feel at ease.
