Consisted of an interview and a written test. After completing the written test, I waited weeks for a response. Chased them up about it, and was actively ignored both on email and when I rang the office. Extremely rude at that stage of an interview process.

They were so unkind, kept me waiting for weeks to say no without a reason. I followed up with HR who told me that even if I killed it at work my nationality could never get me a full time role

It was fine, there is a written test, followed by 2 rounds of interview. The HR responds quickly. They give 3-4 days to write the test. The interviewers were calm and let me speak.
