There was absolutely no clarity from stage 1 where the JD and the real job offered had major difference. Everyone in the founding team met me and offered the role and the very next day ghosted me. They were expecting one sided conversations and didn’t like me asking questions like their growth journey targets for the next 3 years infact 2 founders had no idea about the revenue targets of the organisation. They kept on convincing me why should I join them and the next day ghosted me with no revert just hiring consultant sending a message that they are no more interested to go ahead with my candidature.
