My interview experience with Convera was disappointing. The discussion lacked openness, with the panel appearing to assume their approach was the only correct one. Alternative perspectives were not given fair consideration, and at times, comments felt dismissive rather than constructive. There was a strong sense of certainty in opinions without willingness to explore different approaches. I believe effective technical discussions should value diverse backgrounds and encourage meaningful dialogue. However, the interaction felt one-sided and not collaborative. Due to this, I found it difficult to continue the conversation productively and chose to end the interview early.
