Just asked general questions such as if you have experience in handling situations. They do a phone interview (since the job is on the phone) to see if you can verbally make a connection with the interviewer. They dont care about appearance. Got an offer at the end. Have both short and long answer questions.

There was an online assessment with maths and english, followed by a few easy tech questions related to broadband. This was followed by a speed typing test on the site along with the role play and interview with a senior manager.
