1er contact: Appel telephonique d'un HR demandant nos disponibilites, motivations et experiences. Une fois etape reussie. Lien des test envoyes afin de connaitre nos capacite de frappe d'un texte en anglais et en francais. Le sujet parlait des saumons norvegiens. Ce test est transmis par le service HR de l'entreprise sur mon adresse e mail. Partie 2: Rdv pour entretien avec Test ecrit en anglais et francais sur ordinateur avant l'entretien avec un manager.
Une fois les tests et entretiens concluant, un rdv pour signature du contrat est pris

Entrevista
Very easy, Didn't ask for diploma. Nice interviewer also the questions were very easy. Review the cabelas website if applying for the department.I was offered the job on the spot and took it. It was a good first real job with decent pay. I was later promoted to H&R Block.

Entrevista
The interview process was standard, though the description was not what my job ended up including. A very informal interview. I later interviewed for other positions which included multiple stages and with any different people. That was a bit intense.
