The hire process basically works based on experience and skills are not important

Round 1: Was a general HR round with focus on previous experiences, conduct and performance in the previous companies, last drawn salaries etc. Round 2: Was a operational round with focus on skills test, mathematics, IQ/Intelligence. It was a 1:1 interview which shortly turned out to be a group interview. Round 3: Was a round with the senior management with focus on personality test and final salary negotiation. Round 4: Was a ref check done with the previous employers.
