I was surprised that they are still using the pen and paper approach to fill up candidates experience. Not much was spoken about the role although they are sure that the role needs a full time head count to run the function.

Straight forward interviewers sharing the department issues and what they are looking for. However one of the department manager was very confused and blurr. She asked the same questions several times despite explaning to her, and very unpleasant (sarcastic) laughter when she can't answer my questions.
