Via email, HR recruiter and I set up phone screen. She blew off the interview, I sent two follow up notes, no response. Very unprofessional. HR is the "gatekeeper" of the corp. culture, on the Converse web page they talk about all sorts of positive work environment elements and a great culture. I would like to give the person the benefit of the doubt, but, she did not even send back a simple note.
