Over the phone (covid) but very nice and easy interview! Talked about the brand, availability, and the usual retail questions. Interviewer made me feel very comfortable during the interview process.

It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
