I applied online. I was contacted within a week. I had to call the manager after I missed their call. I said,"Hello you just got called me and left a voicemail". When they answered, they asked me "What did I say exactly in the voicemail?" Ummm you literally just called me 5 minutes ago. I had to do a group interview with 2 other people. The manager made us "get to know each other" by asking questions about our lives and such. The manager didn't really ask us specific questions about our job qualifications and the usual. They just talked about the company and what it's like working for them. I got the job.

Normal Interview process. Tell me about yourself etc. I would talk about your love for converse too. Make sure you are a team person. There is a lot of teamwork.

It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
