Thank you for sharing this feedback. It’s always good to learn how an experience can differ between participants. We apologize that your screening had to be rescheduled. While we’re proud to hold many licenses and accreditations, they often come with unscheduled inspections. In this particular instance, we’re happy to say that we passed our Joint Commission inspection with flying colors! Our COO works from an office that overlooks part of our compounding production area. As a result, she blurs her background to respect the privacy of our dedicated lab team. It is our practice to notify screened applicants whether or not they are moving forward. Emails were sent to all screened candidates for this job so we’ll review our systems to see if improvements to the process can be made. We understand that not every applicant and employer are a good match and wish you the best of luck in your continued job search.
