The recruiter emailed with with a meeting time without first reaching out and asking for my availability (red flag). I was fortunately available at that time however, when I joined the recruiter was a no show. I waited 15 mins than emailed the recruiter asking if the recruiter was okay, no response. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
