I had an initial phone call with my line manager to discuss housekeeping questions and to organise an in person interview. My interview consisted of discussing my CV and experience and was a two way process in asking any questions I had to ensure it was a good fit for both myself and the company. The company was well introduced and the role was clearly explained. It didn’t feel like an interview as it was relaxed and flowed well.
