First round with the managerial round & he asked about projects & basic behavioral questions. Second round was a techincal round & it was easy. Asked basic programming, Rest Api's selenium, Linux related questions. Then third round was again a technical. It was bit advanced than previous round. Asked more about workflow of kafka, Zookeeper, SQL, Linux commands, CI/CD, 2-3 String programs. Last round was with the Head & I cleared all the round. THEN HR GHOSTED ME. Sincere suggestion. PLEASE DON'T TAKE INTERVIEW IF YOU IDENTIFY CANDIDATE IS NOT FIT. Atleast don't ghost. Give some reason & it would help candidate. Don't be so unethical.
