Simple phone interview process with recruiter. Seems to be pleasant company with decent benefits and forward-looking initiatives. It seems like they are looking to grow. Unsure of how competitive the Payless scale is

Tell us about what you know about the company and what they do?
multi-round individual interviews along with written paper about problem approach. interview with multiple people sequentially over a short few days. Paper wasn’t tough. Some disinterested interviewers with different motivation. Some interviewees were interested but some with an agenda.

Entrevista
As a contractor, I skipped the initial phone screen and instead went straight to the homework. My manager told me if there were any issues with the homework, we would pass a phone screen to get the in-person interview, however the hiring team did not offer anyone from my team an interview. What I was told and what happened were two very different stories.
