It was a panel interview over zoom that lasted about an hour. The interviewers were very kind which helped the process seem a lot less stressful. They answered any questions I had at the end.

I applied to the new graduate nurse residency program, which required submitting an application with essay responses and two letters of recommendation. After the application deadline, candidates may be contacted for a panel interview. I am currently preparing for the interview stage.
