A lot of interviewers, including HR, department colleagues and potential boss participated in the interview. They were pleasant and allowed me to get a sense of the work culture and people in the company. I get the sense that they were very keen to get someone who would be a good fit with the people there.

First phone interview with HR, then phone interview with future supervise. The final stage is on site interview. The on site interview included questions about previous working experience and some questions about what actions will you take.
