Goed. Kennismakingsgesprek met twee senior teamgenoten. Vervolgens een week tijd om een time series forecasting case study te maken over sales van 2 fictieve producten. Ten slotte een review met dezelfde teamgenoten inclusief verdiepingsvragen. Prettige kennismakingen, maar voor een startersfunctie mijns inziens relatief hoge kwalificatievereisten (in-depth data science kennis en ervaring met bouwen en onderhouden van oplossingen in productie).

The people were very friendly and the process was clear. - 1st round: 30 min phone call with basic motivation questions (why Coolblue etc.), salary expectations (they said somewhere at the lower end of 3100 to 3600), and very basic data science questions - 2nd round: 1h virtual interview, talking about a data science project of yours (20-30 mins) and some behavioural questions (mostly how you work in teams) - 3rd round: 7 day take-home forecasting assignment and a report. They said it would take 1 day of work, but it took at least 4 days for me. It is also vague: there is a large emphasis on making it efficient, but there is no objective measurement for this. Explain everything - 4th round: 30 min virtual interview about assignment and 2x 45 min virtual interview with data scientists perhaps about technical and behavioural questions
