Very very long. I met with HR and dept leader. For a lighting place it wasn't eye catching office or even very obvious what it is they do. The staff work in a n open area which was noisy.

pros:
very friendly staff
cons: really unprofessional: reschedule appointments, sending emails using personal accounts and super late at night, never called to tell you did not make it, never replied to emails or thank you notes
