Dear Reviewer, I appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to speak with you over the phone further regarding your experience. I apologize that you felt your time was not considered but I would like to respond to a few statements you made.1) we only conduct phone interviews for individuals who live outside of Chicago. To explain, we feel that we can not adequately evaluate a candidate's potential or have them get a feel for our company over a 15 minute conversation on the phone. Face to face is 100% our preferred method. 2) We are unsure what you mean as far as unprofessional questions. Perhaps they were unique or different but not unprofessional. 3) We are also unsure why the age of the interviewer would be a reflection in your review. All hiring managers are adequately experienced and well qualified to be in the position they are.
