Easy, five step process. First with a recruiter, then hiring manager, then program manager, and two separate physicians. I was asked to create a powerpoint and present it along with several papers written in the past to the hiring manager. I had a wonderful interview experience and made it through to the last 3 candidates which was an honor because I was certainly underqualified.
