Applied through an employee referral. I got an email from the Tech Lead of the Data Integration team asking me for my availability for a phone interview. I was interviewed and was asked questions on my experience. It was all in Big Data technologies and I was asked about some of the key concepts on Hive and Pig. I got an email for an onsite interview within a week and I attended the interview in their Dallas HQ office. The questions were more of the same and after two weeks, I was given an offer.

First is phone call and then two onsite interviews. All of these interviews were technical only. They prefer experienced guys for even internships. Learning sope is very good as they work with latest open source technologies and tools.
