My interview experience was awful. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour. But the interviewer did not join on time. After 20 minutes, 2 panelists joined. The interview questions were easy. They asked few coding questions in Javascript and few questions on the framework features. After 1 hour, one more interviewer joined, he started asking questions like in your experience what is the extraordinary thing you have done?, Have you created any custom annotations or you just used whatever feature provided in the framework? Have you created Hybrid application? And he did not give any space to answer, he was just asking do you know this concept, that concept. The interview went for about 1 hour 40 minutes. And he asked the other 2 panelists to drop off from the call. And he asked what is my current CTC, and what is my salary expectation. After hearing my expected CTC, He said, With your experience only worked on this front end skill and you are asking this? Even the full-stack developers won't ask this much. He started comparing my skill set with Full Stack developer skill set. Even though I'm giving interview for "Front End developer" role. After hearing my salary expectation, he started to speak rude and compare. In general, do not discuss salary discussion in technical round.
