I attended an open job fair that they hosted. You filled out a job application and they called you over for your interview. The interview was very simple. I was interviewed by my supervisor. I was hired on the spot. The next week I had orientation and got my uniform and got a tour of the building. Copeland Oaks cross-trains so you never get bored with the job. The hiring process was very easy. Background check and drug test required. In orientation you meet the CEO and all of your supervisors. They explain everything and you feel a part of the team.

Entrevista
They asked the basic questions about availability, why I wanted the job, etc. It was easy, and my interviewer (the manager) was friendly and not intimidating. I found out that I got the job within a couple days and they were quick about filing my paperwork.
