In person interview, received the questions to prepare ahead of the interview. The interview was 1st stag. I was asked about 7 - 9 questions. The Team were very friendly and welcoming and made the experience as comfortable as possible

Asked to present during interview and focused on how the company could be more inclusive to marginalised groups. Afterwards, I was told the panel were offended by the language I used (!). As an Arab-background WOC this was so disappointing to hear and quite offensive itself. I immediately ceased communication with the company after this as I fear it’s a typical mostly white team who cannot handle constructive suggestions on how they could improve and be more inclusive to women like myself. Shocking.
