There were 3 separate one-on-one interviews with representatives from Coppei's leadership team. Their interview process was very timely and organized. They also communicated with transparency regarding next steps. Their decision making and extended offer turn around time was very fast! During the interview process, they articulated clearly the expectations on the type of culture and people that make up Coppei so that I could determine whether or not I would be a good fit working there.
