Entrevista
First round: Phone screening w/ recruiter.
Second Round: Virtual interview w/ employee.
Third Round: Three rounds of interviews, in person, same day.
Let me also say this - I applied for this job in March, after the recruiter screened me and liked me, he told me they are taking the job posting down and will get back to me for next steps.
Over a month later is when I did my second round.
After my third round of interviews, I reached out to the recruiter a week after for an update to see if there was an offer. IT WAS JUNE at this point! After waiting a week for an update, the recruiter responds within 2 minutes telling me I in fact did not get the offer. I asked for feedback, and was ghosted completely and after all of those months - I felt it was a complete waste of time.

In my third round of in-person interviews, I was asked about my personal and political viewpoints on Israel and Palestine. Understandingly, this is an Israeli company, it was irrelevant and inappropriate to the role and interview.

Entrevista
I applied for the position through LinkedIn and was contacted by the team lead. After a brief phone interview about my work experience, I was given a home assignment with no specific deadline I ended up spending about a week on it. After submitting the assignment, it took them over a week and a half to get back to me, informing me they had decided to move forward with another candidate.

The home assignment involved redesigning a core flow in their app. It included conducting research, defining personas, highlighting pain points in the existing experience, and presenting improvements in a new flow. They also asked to see the Figma files. Overall, it was a time-consuming task that required substantial effort.

Entrevista
It's an example of how a group of very nice people can lure you into an unprofessional process. They put me through a full recruiting cycle, including a long and laborious home assignment, along with meetings with multiple stakeholders in marketing and product. I received positive feedback throughout.
In the end, it didn’t result in an offer because they decided to reopen the position in the US instead of Israel.
I find that extremely disrespectful of my time. This is something that should have been considered more carefully before approaching candidates in Israel.
