Entrevista
Had a 20 minute telephone interview. The interview was somewhat perfunctory. Questions covered experience and if I had any experience representing claimants. I described my experience in handling claims as both an attorney and as a claims supervisor.
Informal but informational. Felt comfortable and at ease during the interview. Interview team was kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. Follow up contact information was provided and they stayed in touch through the process.

Entrevista
Called and had a phone interview and screening. Then after a few days invited for interview to discuss the position more. Simple straightforward interview with manager. No questions that were not expected. The managers were personable. Everything was virtual.

Easy just one interview and you’ll likely be hired because there are understaffed and experience isn’t an issue. No STAR method as it is very informal. Just talk about your work experience.
