I interviewed in May 2026 and the interview process was quite organized and detailed. I met with many individuals spanning from talent, sales, and as well as the CEO. Each individual I met with came prepared, answered all of my questions, and gave me some feedback to help me make the most educated decision possible. I'd especially like to shout out the CEO for talking with me multiple times. It felt less of a formality and more of someone who truly cared for my wellbeing and empowered me to make the best decision for me.

Entrevista
Interviewed through WalkWater Talent Advisors for a leadership role. The process involved multiple rounds, but the experience was disappointing overall.
A significant amount of emphasis was placed on IIT/IIM pedigree throughout the conversations, often in a way that felt dismissive toward candidates from non-tier-1 institutions. The tone during interviews came across as unnecessarily condescending and exclusionary, which made the process uncomfortable and discouraging.
What was particularly surprising was that these expectations and biases were not communicated upfront, which could have saved both sides considerable time.
Post-interview research and industry conversations also raised concerns around leadership culture, high attrition, and a hire-and-fire environment, along with compensation that did not appear aligned with expectations for the role.
Would recommend candidates evaluate the cultural fit carefully before investing significant time in the process.

Involved two Zoom interviews with the Hiring Manager and another member of the team. Then was sent an assessment followed by onsite interview with Hiring Manager and CEO. The onsite experience was 2 hours long
