Nach der Begrüßung findet für gewöhnlich eine kurze Small-Talk-Phase statt. Der Arbeitgeber fragt häufig danach, ob man den Weg gut gefunden hat und wie es einem geht. Small Talk mag belanglos wirken, es ist jedoch eine gute Methode, um das Eis zu brechen und auf eine lockere Art und Weise ins Gespräch zu finden.x

Entrevista
Phone interview with HR in another city, followed by in-person interview with head of department and potential manager. Received an offer, but had to start as a temp, paid through temp agency. Eventually became a salaried employee with great benefits and commission plan.

Entrevista
Went through recruiter and got a face to face interview with the sales manager. Interview was laid back and questions were mostly about myself and my experiences. Not so much behavioural questions. Got an offer back in a week.
