During the time of initial contact after applying until the day of the scheduled recruiter prescreen interview, the recruiter was very responsive to messages and emails. After the recruiter prescreen interview, I was completely ghosted. The recruiter did not follow up with me and did not respond to any further attempts to follow up on the next steps of the process.
