Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Core xRM Associates (Denver, CO) em set. de 2020
Entrevista
Call with recruiter followed by a skills test before there would be an interview. I have no idea what they are looking for, but the skills test makes no real-world sense to me. Not a difficult test, but there were multiple instances of time pressure loaded onto me in 3 difference instances. I was first told it should take 45-60 minutes, then right before I took it, bonus points if I get it done in under 30, and while reading the instructions, it should only take 20 minutes. No internet access allowed, plus the instructions went through describing all kinds of nonsense that any elementary developer should already know. I wasted at least 5 minutes reading through things I was already well aware of. They made it seem like the time crunch was the most important thing. So of course I hurriedly sent back my solution and it was wrong. I spent another 5 minutes afterwards going back and ensuring the correct result. Total of 50 minutes spent on it. Apparently the success rate is just 5%. That says a lot about the exam, the people who wrote it, and likely the company culture. And now, reading the 2 bad reviews here for a company with just 6 employees, the skills test makes perfect sense. Really wish I had read them before agreeing to waste my time.
