I had applied online in January. Apparently, the company never got my resume. So it seems their online system did not work as expected. Then I got in touch with someone I knew at the company. He talked to the HR rep to find out. He asked me to send a resume to the HR rep which I did. Then the HR person called me and did a phone screen. He was very professional. He then scheduled the in person interview. I interviewed with 3 people - a Scrum Master, a VP and a Sr VP. The interviews with the Scrum Master and VP went well. The interview with the Sr VP was basically a long demo of their applications. It was interesting to find out more about their application. However, he did not ask me any questions. I asked him a lot of questions. I feel that he was expecting me to tell him that the time is over ( like a Scrum Master would do to keep a meeting in a time box ) but I did not do that because I was being polite. Anyway, they never sent me any email or provide me any feedback on the outcome of the interview, despite me sending them a few follow-up emails to find out. So I assumed that they had rejected me. I would really give a feedback to them that if the candidates have taken the time to come in person and interview with them, at least have the courtesy to send a short email to let them know they have been rejected.

It's a joke, this company ask standard questions right from a sheet, strength and weakness stuff. Sales management has no clue what they are looking for. The guy I interveiwed with seemed like a washed up sales guy from Glenn Gary, he was 20 minutes lates and never apologized. They also could not lay out the commission structure without using a whiteboard

There were two phone screens. The 1st was the toughest. They notified me of an in-person interview a month later and then cancelled that interview the morning it was supposed to happen which was unsettling and cost me a day of leave at my then current job.
The following week I attended the rescheduled interview. It took nearly 6 hours. I spoke to 6 people for nearly an hour each. Most of these people were not the names provided to me in the itinerary. At one point they forgot about me and left me sitting in a meeting room in which a meeting started taking place. That was embarrassing for me. It was an unbelievably long and grueling interview process. I recommend others to make sure they eat and make use of the bathroom before going into it.

They asked me how I would go about refactoring database tables and schemas to improve the performance of an application.
