It is a paper application with a few short responses and an audition for the class that you're applying to teach. There was no formal in person 1:1 interview aside from the audition.

a phone call to talk about the role opportunities and also the required training, offered training, flexibility of locations and class style options. we spoke on the phone mostly about what they could offer in the role and what other teachers do

Entrevista
Audition held in a group style format. Each interviewee is asked to provide a "personal share" about their teacher training experience and is then assigned a 6-minute segment to teach to the group. About a week later, all interviewees receive an email from a manager informing them of their hiring decisions.
