The interview process was casual and easy. I met with the Studio Manager once at the studio, discussed my experience and skills, and then learned more about the role and what my day-to-day would look like.

Entrevista
Had a few conversations with the manager and they were looking to move an instructor from a teaching position to a teaching and managerial role. It was a very easy process because it was basically just a promotion.
