First interview was a video call with hiring manager and a department head. Second interview was an in-person lunch interview with the same two people as before plus another department head. Afterwards received a tour of the building. The interviewers were very nice and the interview questions they asked were standard. There was no design test. A few things stood out. The interviewers emphasized the company prioritized a good work/life balance, but there were repeated mentions of people staying late or coming in after hours. It was also implied that instead of taking a sick day, you work remotely.
