Online interview, 3 panelists, questions were based on the competencies and skills mentioned in the application form. I heard back with the result within 3 working days. Overall the process was clear and simple.

After applying, invited to online aptitude test. Once that is completed, invited to a building for another aptitude test. Once that is completed, invited for interview. Panel of 2 -3 interviewers. An atmosphere/attitude of "why should WE let YOU work for us?". Really really prepare on what ongoing projects are happening around the county.
