I applied online. I was reached out by a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I then went to the next stage which was an interview with the recruiter. I then went to the next stage which was an interview with two members of the team. They seemed nice but I quickly notice a lack of minorities specifically underrepresented minorities working in the space beside the front desk which should have been a red flag. I actually denied the opportunity to go further because I was offered a position with another company. The recruiter however followed up and asked if I was still interested in the role or something similar I said sure why not. I interviewed with another higher up who seemed pleasant but didnt engage with me much. I ended up not getting the job (which was probably a blessing in disguise) and stayed with my other position.
