The 1st interview was very short, approximately 10 minutes, if that much where they basically ask you to tell them a little about yourself and they then tell you about the company. It was pretty much to put a face to the name on the resume. If they liked what they saw they would call you back for a second interview. The 2nd interview was more in depth where they discussed training and salary (commission-based) and the days' schedule
